Emo

Thought of the Day:

"Not everyone will share your hopes and dreams."

--------------------------------------------------

I am an over-stuffed cherry oak box. Cherry because it's sweet, with the occasional knot in the wood displaying my seasons of stress and grief. The oak is stable, simple and essential. My corners are rounded as I avoid confrontation to soften a blow.
You'll find me discarded in an old abandoned concert hall, where you will take apart piece by piece my box. Each piece represents notes on a page, instruments belonging in a symphony, movement in an orchestral suite, songs in an album and keys of a piano.
Inside, you can read over and over all the timeless books I love. Watch all 13 years worth of piano recitals. Wear the Tu-Tu from the only dance recital I was in, for I was too scared to ever go back. Feel all my happiness, anger and stress as you browse through poetry. Laugh and cry as you read the tail of my past. Mourn for all the people I've loved and lost. You'll hear an old guitar playing rock and roll riffs that shaped a new generation. Carefully take out the concert tickets and movie stubs I've collected over many years. Listen to my albums that supplemented my times of joy, comforted my sorrow, inspired epiphanies, and drowned out bad memories.
As you walk away you'll hear how each sour note gracefully found it's way into a beautiful melody. As you movie along, you'll find the music that compose my life, will be apart of your own composition too.

As of tomorrow I have been graduated from high school for one month.

I need to find a hair-dressing job.

These past few months I think I've pin-pointed on what I want to study in college.
Music business.
or anything in the film industry that involves music!!
I know.. I'm just that awesome.

32 days!!
that's when me and a whole bunch of awesome people are going to:
Comic Con
DisneyLand
Beachh

I love having no summer school.

I dont think that fever will ever pass.

Every one gets their words mixed up every now and then.
It happened to me just yesterday.

Me and my little brother were watching TV and an annoying obnoxious commercial came on: "EVERYBODY BEATS MITCH!"
And of course, I always mimic everything
I say:
"EVERYBODY MEETS B*TCH!"
It was very entertaining.

Now, on to a different note!

This Christmas was very odd and not like any other I've had before..but I find it probably one of my favorites and a memorable one.
And on top of all of that.. I got a keyboard!
and Logic Studio!
:D

I love it

Let's observe the planet Saturn for a moment..
-Has rings
-6th planet from the sun
-Big ball of gas.

It may look like a planet with a solid surface,
but all in all..
It's just gas.

Looks can be deceiving.
and
Everything isn't what it seems..

I wish everyone understood that.

Over the last few weeks I've realized how many people I'm going to leave behind in order to start my new life.
I will get to move out of my house and stuff..that's always fun...
but what about the few friends I have that are actually friends??
I just have to leave them now??

This part of growing up sucks.
I don't really like it.

I know I'll have to go through more eye opening experiences..
like BILLS!!

ugh.

-----------------------------------------------------------

So, on Saturday I received the most wonderful news I've ever heard.

I was just about to get ready for work when my Dad calls me down to the kitchen [great, I was in trouble :)]. Then he hands me an envelope from NAU, a small envelope.
[Earlier I had applied there and was waiting for a response.]
I open it, it was very nervous-making especially since I had my dad reading over my shoulder. I was expecting it to contain no happy-making news...it was a small envelope after all.
But it was a good small envelope!!

I'm accepted to start fall of 2009 as a music performance major. :D

It's so scary to think that in less than a year, I'll be moving out of my home that I've lived in for 13 years and go live on my own. [with some fabulous room mates of course!]
But I think this is what I need. I need to live a new life in order to create and start my new life.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

The other night I had the most disturbing dream.

It was set a year in the future, and the president [I guess was Obama] made this new law that starting in December [2009] we couldn't eat junk food, bread... basically anything of taste. He also made a no music law. The U.S. was slowly turning into a hell.
I was walking down Albertson's Halloween isle and all over pumpkins, bags of candy, bread, were the words "NO" and "EVIL", even "EU" [ which in my dream meant "no" in German...but is really a prefix in anatomy meaning "well"..] Then I accidentally started to eat a Halloween delight...I had to throw it into a jack-o-lanter so Obama wouldn't find out.
And if that's not bad, he made it mandatory that we as citizens had to attend these "haunted houses" which scared us into obeying him.

It was the worst dream ever!
I think it's the future Me telling me not to vote for Obama in 2012.
What do you think?

London: Part Duex

Thought of the Day:
High school dances are overrated.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

So I've recently invested in a new Ipod. I call her London II [I know, so original]
but she's just not the same :C
but I still love her!

With elections coming up..tomorrow!..I'm so scared that Obama is going to be our next president. If he is, I'm moving to London.
If he wins, its a sure sign that the world is coming to an end.

This year has been going so great. I have a fun job, have great friends [at Westwood and EVIT], super easy classes, and I'm going to graduate. This last Halloween had to be the funnest Halloween I have ever had! My evening consisted of:
-Trick or treating
-Getting free food at Wendy's and Chick-fil-a
-Acting totally crazy and laughing a ton

It doesn't sound like that much fun. But it's the people that you're with that really make it memorable and fun.
I hate how people [especially in the high school world] automatically separate the "nerds" and the "geeks/losers". Why do they do that? Personally, I choose the nerds and the geeks over the "cool popular people" because honestly, the cool ones are the most boring.
They care about how they look and they should act a certain way. You can never be yourself. The really cool people are the nerds/geeks [who aren't really nerds/geeks], they're real.
The "cool ones" just jealous of my friends who are real and don't care about what other people think...that's the way to live life!
